**Your new company**

Join a well established building company who service a number of tier 1 commercial clients.

**Your new role**

As the project coordinator, you will be responsible for project coordination, scheduling, glazing and administration of all projects to achieve the best possible financial outcome and a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will be,
- Daily contact with Sales Director, Executive Manufacturing Manager, Senior Estimator, Project Coordinators and Glaziers
- Daily contact with Site Supervisors, major account customers and builders. Current, future and potential customers
- Responsible for coordinating glazing and aluminium projects from commencement to completion through efficient planning, procedures and communication.
- Responsible for daily scheduling of works by utilising the shared Glazing Calendar. Job number, scope and hours are listed, so glaziers understand what is required.
- Respond in a timely manner to all customer queries. Consult with architects/designers offering the best advice and accurate information
- Ensure glaziers have relevant job information to complete work e.g. Plans, Contact Details, Materials.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in the construction/building or glazing industry with exposure to construction projects
- Additional studies in Estimating or Project Management or Construction/Building discipline/s - desirable
- Previous experience in Aluminium Fabrication/installation - Desirable
- Strong communication skills and a motivated self-starter. High level of professionalism with excellent time management skills
- WA driver's licence
