Why Now? Due to **significant growth in the Sydney Metro area**, we are expanding our services and are actively seeking **experienced Youth Workers** to join our team.

- West Pymble
- Artarmon

These **permanent part-time roles** support young people aged 11-18 in Out of Home Care. You’ll work on a **24/7 rotating roster** (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with your schedule provided two weeks in advance.
If you’re driven to help young people heal, grow, and thrive - we want to meet you.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enrol)
- Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs
- A trauma-informed, therapeutic approach
- Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service
- A valid NSW Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
