**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an opportunity for an Operations Services Compliance Specialist. This role will support DC Operations Services across all Service Standards, Audits, and Compliance activities.

Additionally, this role serves as a primary liaison between DC and CCC contingent workforce providers, ensuring that site access and safety requirements are reflected in the behavior of both organisations (external) and contractors (individuals).

This role will actively contribute to the ongoing refinement of process improvement initiatives to achieve outstanding results.

**ABOUT YOU**
- The ability to manage compliance or conformity to work standards.
- The ability to lead or influence broad stakeholder groups through initiatives or programs of work on an operational basis.
- Working knowledge of workplace training and assessment practices.
- Experienced in maintaining detailed and accurate records, including for assurance / audit compliance.
- Experience with the Unifii SaaS platform is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives will be valuable.
