_In-Tec Commercial Cleaning is looking for a switched on, experienced Operations Manager that understand that there is only one way of looking at things - _**clean is clean and dirty is dirty**_._
- The right person needs to be willing to work what time is required and understands that the hours in our industry can be up and down however if the team is selected correctly and trained properly then the day-to-day work will be easier. You should also be willing to be hands on, both whilst training and if need be, fill in at times, however if done right this should be at a minimum._
- We believe in the philosophy that “ a happy cleaner makes happy clients” and you should believe this as well. You should have a cleaning background, after all how can you train and lead if you do not know how to clean. A cleaner should always be treated with respect, paid correctly, supplied with the right equipment, and supplies to do the work at hand, and this should be the number one thing that drives you._
- Of course, delivering the service to the client is important however again without the right trained and treated team, this would be near on impossible. As you will be at times in front of clients your previous experience should cover the needs for this part of the role._
- You will have _**extensive**_ _experience in the commercial cleaning industry ranging from offices both small and large, industrial plants, HACCP cleaning and periodical tasks._
- You will strongly believe that as a team we can get anything done and a person that operates as a stand-alone will not fit in our company, after all as they say there is no “I” in team. You will also understand that our large clients are just as important as our smaller clients and they all should be treated with the same level of respect and delivered the best service we can, always._
- We would be looking at the right person being on a minimum salary of $70k per annum plus superannuation and an incentive package that is tied to KPI’s. A commercial grade fully maintained vehicle will be supplied along with all the other necessary items for you to perform your job. Of course, we will discuss the starting package depending on the level of cleaning industry experience and what we see you will bring to the team at In-Tec._
