**The Opportunity**:
**This role can be either Sydney or Melbourne based**

As Sephora’s Loss Prevention Manager you will be responsible for the development of Sephora Loss Prevention Department in ANZ and the programs to protect the company’s property, people, and brand. You will assess risk across retail sites, conduct store visits, design, build and educate key stakeholders on risk-based plans.

This role is the first of its kind in Sephora ANZ, so given this, you will have the chance to build out the department and make an enormous difference to the entire ANZ business.

- Developing, implementing, and executing effective loss prevention plans to reduce shrink, paying special attention to the High Shrink stores.
- Analysing loss prevention activities and shrink performance to identify areas in need of improvement.
- Creating new programs focused on shrink reduction through internal, external theft and operational theft
- Ensuring store compliance, by management and employees, with all loss prevention and operational procedures established to protect company assets.
- Supporting with building tools to help in internal investigations

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of Loss Prevention experience in multi-unit retail environments.
- Strong management/leadership skills needed to effectively liaise with store management and employees, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of dealing with sensitive loss prevention issues in an ethical manner and demonstrating a commitment towards proactive loss prevention and teambuilding.
- Understanding of criminal and civil law as it applies to the retail environment.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, analytical and auditing skills.
- Ability to develop plans, policies, and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to travel routinely. Travel requirement is approximately 80% of the job and includes local and interstate travel.
