We are dedicated to providing our guests with a rejuvenating and peaceful experience, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As the Spa Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient spa functions while delivering exceptional customer service. Your duties will include managing reception, stock, KPIs, and targets, as well as supporting our staff in delivering exceptional services. You will also be involved in scheduling, assisting with recruitment of new team members, and handling general day spa operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception & Client Service**: Manage daily reception duties, including greeting guests, answering calls, handling bookings, and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all products are well-stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
- **KPIs & Targets**: Track and report on spa performance against KPIs and sales targets, implementing strategies to meet goals.
- **Staff Support**: Assist in leading and motivating a team of spa professionals in a supporting and nurturing way as well as helping staff with day-to-day tasks and ensuring they adhere to spa standards.
- **Staff Training & Recruitment**: Support the hiring process by interviewing new team members to maintain a high standard of service.
- **Scheduling**: Organize staff schedules to ensure smooth operation and excellent service levels while maximising the business.
- **Operational Support**: Assist the Spa Manager with various day-to-day operations, including coordinating services, maintaining cleanliness, and managing client feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment, with a focus on leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for wellness and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Knowledge of spa management software and systems is a plus.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
