Leading private health insurer with a broad range of services and a purpose led team is looking to expand their corporate strategy team. As a result of some internal moves, they have a strategy manager position to join the team and support this exciting period of change and development. With a strong focus on building out the team’s capability this is an excellent opportunity for you to bring your strong strategy toolkit to drive stronger outcomes. This organisation is continuing to do great things and focusing on lifting their market share, a great role for someone wanting to get their hands dirty and work on some ambiguous problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to the end-to-end strategic planning process, development of strategic plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring APAC strategy is aligned with global ambitions and managing the development of aligned local growth ambitions
- Ensuring execution is aligned with strategic direction, through collaboration with the business to influence day-to-day work
- Influencing execution of strategy and ensuring execution is aligned with strategic direction, through collaboration with Executive and Senior Leaders to influence day-to-day work
- Alignment of execution plans to strategic direction in a decentralised strategic environment.
- Managing conflicting priorities in an ambiguous environment.
- Upwards management of Executive-level stakeholders.
- Help present key strategic opportunities to the executive team.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Health Insurance in Strategy, M&A, Finance, Commercial or Actuarial (required).
- Bachelor level business or finance qualification (required)
- Post graduate business qualification (e.g., MBA, CA, CPA) (desirable)
- Experience developing new digital healthcare propositions (desirable)
- Experience working in a changing and ambiguous environment that calls for clarity of mind and expression
