Overview Join to apply for the Strategy Manager role at CPA Australia .
About the role Reporting to the Head of Strategy & EPMO, you will be leading the development of our new 5 year strategy, business planning to support successful strategy execution, developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enable tracking and measuring, and reporting of our strategy.
In addition, given the strategic nature of the role you will also be working directly to support the CEO to conduct analysis, reporting, presentation and workshop facilitation.
Your key duties Strategy Development: Lead the creation of CPA's new 5 year strategy, engaging with members, Divisional Councils, employees, and other key stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Design and maintain an organisation-wide strategic roadmap to support execution and high-level outcomes.
Research & Insights: Conduct strategic research, identify key issues, develop hypotheses, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
Performance Metrics: Develop KPIs and metrics aligned with strategic goals to track progress and drive accountability.
Initiative Prioritisation: Support the development of a strategic initiative roadmap, including input into prioritisation criteria.
CEO Support: Provide strategic analysis, facilitate workshops, and prepare presentations and papers for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
About You Degree in Business or related field; MBA highly regarded.
Proven experience in strategic planning or management consulting.
Strong grasp of strategic frameworks, problem-solving, and project management.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Skilled facilitator with the ability to unite diverse perspectives.
High-level communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
Discreet, outcomes-focused, and committed to delivering quality results.
