**About the role**:

- Provide administrative support to a project team such as organising meetings, taking minutes, and updating agendas
- Perform cost and time tracking functions and interpret data for reporting purposes
- Monitor and maintain various registers including RFIs and progress claims
- Organise meetings, taking minutes, updating agendas
- Demonstrate good planning
- Demonstrate organisation, and coordination skills
- Proactively problem solve
- Effectively communicate in order to build relationships with different stakeholders
