**The Role**

We’re seeking experienced subcontractors to join our team and assist with a variety of flooring projects throughout Melbourne.
You’ll work on residential and commercial sites, handling timber floor installation, sanding, and polishing — with potential opportunities to expand into concrete grinding and epoxy flooring.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in:

- Installing timber floorboards
- Sanding and polishing timber floors
- (If you have less experience but are motivated and skilled, we’d still love to hear from you.)_
- Proven track record of high-quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish
- Fully insured (Public Liability & Workers’ Compensation)
- Own tools and reliable transport
- ABN required
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Bonus: Experience with concrete grinding or epoxy flooring

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
