**Position Overview**: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and help us harness the power of data to drive strategic decisions and optimize our gaming solutions. As a Data Analyst at Retro Arcade Solutions, you will analyze complex datasets, provide actionable insights, and support various departments in achieving our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
- Develop and implement data models and analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Present data findings and insights through clear, concise reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
