Our jobs start **on-site at 7:30am**, with **materials delivered directly**. Our installations take place **throughout Sydney**, including the **CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands**, and occasional regional jobs.

**About the Role**

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated **Lead Installer** to join our installation team. You’ll take ownership of residential installations, ensure workmanship is of the highest standard, and be confident leading smaller teams or working independently when required.

This is a **hands-on, full-time role** suited to someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving on-site, and interacting professionally with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Remove and replace existing windows and doors
- Install **uPVC double glazed windows and doors**, including reveals, architraves, seals, and trims
- Use a variety of installation methods, depending on site conditions
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and high-quality finish
- Communicate clearly with the office, clients, and team members regarding progress, challenges, or changes
- Record outstanding tasks/issues using our digital job tracking system
- Maintain company tools, vans, and equipment in good condition
- Support and train junior team members when required

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong **experience in window installation** (uPVC, aluminium, or timber) - _essential_
- Background in **carpentry, glazing**, or related trades - _highly regarded_
- WHS White Card - _required_
- Current Australian driver licence (Red P or above) - _required_
- Excellent communication skills - both face-to-face and digital
- Ability to read plans and problem-solve on the go
- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work across Greater Sydney and occasionally regional NSW

**Bonus**: Carpentry or glazing qualifications/apprenticeships will be highly regarded.
