About the role

OffRoad Systems Pty Ltd. is seeking an Assembler/Installer to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of our industry-leading storage systems. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately assemble and install off-road systems and accessories according to specifications
  2. Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to maintain our high standards
  3. Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues
  4. Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote efficiency and safety
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support during the installation process

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in the assembly and installation of 4wd accessories is highly regarded
  2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and diagrams precisely
  3. Good problem-solving skills and the willingness to take initiative to ensure tasks are completed correctly
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  5. A positive, teamwork-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
  6. An interest in 4wding
