**Administration & Office Support - Part-Time | Sunnybank Hills**

We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented **Administration & Office Support Officer** to join our busy **Sunnybank Hills** office. This is a **permanent part-time role** offering flexible hours and the opportunity to grow with a trusted name in the industry.

This position offers flexible working days to accommodate work-life balance.

**About the Role**

As an integral part of our team, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support to our executive team and assist with a variety of tasks across the business. You'll work closely with the **Finance, Sales, and Operations Managers**, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of office operations.

Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain client files and liaise with clients and internal staff
- Communicate with sales representatives and head office
- Use Excel templates to prepare weekly projections
- Process payments, invoices & rebates (XERO)
- Manage Accounts Receivable and aged collections
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Prepare documents for Forex payment
- Complete end-of-month tasks and reporting
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain staff records and assist with on boarding new employees
- Process customer credits
- Support product photography and maintain company social media pages

**About You**
- Proven administration experience, **ideally 1+ year**:

- Proficient in **XERO** and **Microsoft Office (especially Excel)**:

- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and able to work independently
- Background in **design or social media marketing** is an advantage but not essential
- Available to start immediately
