**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures to support, manage, and improve systems to ensure the efficient running of our Blacktown Warehouse in a Team Leader capacity.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Training of the Warehouse Technical Operations Team.
- Test electronic ICT equipment and obtain product specifications, solve technical issues
- Assess product quality and grade of equipment
- Complete Data Destruction of electronic media using ICT software’s
- Record product specifications and quality into asset management system and label equipment.
- Install and update necessary software/ computer networks to update any systems for redeployment or resale.
- Complete minor repair to ICT devices as needed.
- Working as a Field Service Technician when required onsite
- Packing of stock into the required format (Both onsite and offsite)
- Sort, pack, wrap, tie and label products as per company procedures
- Conduct a stock-take daily with any variances to be reported to the Operations Manager.

**About you**
- AQF Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Warehouse environment, preferably in an ICT space.
- Ability to lift up to 30kg if required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google G Suite knowledge.
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fasted paced environment Well-presented and reliable
