**The Company**:
Specialising in the creation, development, management and operation of active retirement facilities our client have operations across Victoria & NSW. They ensure their projects incorporate the most contemporary infrastructure and services, enhancing the livelihood of those who choose to live or visit one of their communities.
**The role**:
- Manage current and proposed projects across the business including greenfield and upgrade of existing manufactured housing estates
- Track projects within agreed approved budgets and financial parameters. Building feasibility models within Estate Master and
- ongoing reporting of these feasibilities and cash-flows
- Manage the tender and construction process and appoint and manage external consultants including project managers, architects, engineers, planners, and lawyers (as appropriate)
- Coordinating and assisting with the sales and marketing of each project/stage with the internal or external sales team.
- Drive project profit above approved benchmarks
- Maintain key stakeholder relations during and post project delivery
**To be successful**:
- Previous experience working as a Development Manager or Project Manager in manufactured homes and greenfield projects will be looked upon favourably; Alternatively, medium density or apartment experience
- Experience managing a team
- Detailed understanding and experience of construction costs and construction contracts (in civil and built form)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with significant expertise in financial modelling
