About the Role

**They will**:

- Provide website publishing support and technical support.
- Liaise with staff and consumers to develop a variety of digital communication tools.
- Identify a need for information and respond to customers' requests for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, completing analysis, providing technical advice to customers.
- Ensure that services are responsive and meet customers' needs within agreed timeframes.
- Develop relationships and networks internally to learn and develop from others and to promote and provide information and services to others.
- Manage own continuous learning in technical knowledge and relevant legislation to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
