**About the role**

**What does my day to day look like?**
- Provide first-level support for issues relating to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, VPN, RDP, and other relevant technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve issues; escalate unresolved issues to the MSP partner or internal escalation points.
- Support the on and off boarding of employees including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of devices and software.
- Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies.
- Participate in routine IT housekeeping tasks, such as patching, updates, and inventory tracking.
- Assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base (procedures, issue resolution steps, and system changes).
