You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles. From emerging talent just starting their career, to seasoned professionals ready for their next challenge. Your work will directly shape our future workforce, ensuring DEWC continues to attract, engage, and retain the best people in the industry.

**Your Impact**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and use your knowledge and experience of the market to develop recruitment strategy.
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of entry-level talent programs including internships and graduate pathways.
- Build relationships with universities, training providers, and industry groups to attract top early career talent.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment - bonus points if you have a passion for recruiting highly technical roles (i.e. software engineers, data and AI engineers)
- An interest in managing early career programs (i.e. graduate and internship programs).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools (i.e. Linkedin Recruiter)
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
