Join DSL Pacific, an Australian-based commodity trading company specialising in international physical trades.

We operate through all major Australian ports, exporting thousands of tonnes of soft commodities each year.

Unlike traditional corporates, we have no hierarchy — everyone works across domains and contributes to decisions.

This graduate-entry role is designed to give you exposure across trade, logistics, documentation, and finance so you can discover where you function best in the team while learning how international trade actually happens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update shipment, export, and stock data in internal systems
  • Assist with export documentation involving international banks and buyers
  • Support logistics scheduling, trade administration, and reporting
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth shipments across ports
  • Contribute to process-improvement and data-accuracy initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Logistics
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and clear communication
  • Analytical, organised, and eager to learn
  • Able to multitask in a fast-moving, cross-border environment
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives without a rule book
