Integrated services leader seeking a Contract Manager in Northern Sydney up to 170k base

**Your new company**

You will work within a high performing team at a highly reputable leader in integrated services

**Your new role**

You will provide efficient management of commercial and contractual matters. You will support head contract reviews and negotiation within a construction and infrastructure environment. You will negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers/subcontractors and support clients by providing reports. You will also be responsible for project delivery commercial contracts support, including preparing key contractual notices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Head contract and negotiation experience
- Successful contract management experience in a similar environment
- A thorough understanding of the Australian construction market and its contracts
- Proven background in successful negotiation of subcontracts, including government standard contracts
- Strong problem solving skills
