Your Role
You will be providing credentialing services for visiting medical officers including accreditation, re-accreditation and scope of practice. You maintain up to date data and information for each visiting medical officer in online and hard copy systems
The Position
- Undertake comprehensive administrative processes for accreditation,
re-accreditation, scope of practice and mandatory training for Visiting Medical Officers.
- Maintain the Doctor Database in webPAS ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain accreditation electronic records and manual filing systems.
- Perform regular audit reviews of the Doctor Database in webPAS verifying information and producing regular or ad-hoc reports on request.
- Assist with on-boarding for newly accredited practitioners.
- Provide supporting evidence to the Medical Administration Coordinator for matters relating to the Scope of Practice Committee.
- Follow up actions from the Scope of Practice Committee.
- Participate in external/internal reviews of credentialing processes.
You will demonstrate an understanding of medical accreditation systems and credentialing requirements with experience in medical administration including contemporary systems and processes for data management and audit control.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with Executive, Managers, Caregivers, the public and other external stakeholders whilst conveying a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Salary: $79,823 - $81,406 per annum, plus 11% superannuation
- Permanent part-time.6fte (3 days a week)
