Perth, Australia CrewSELECT Full time

CrewSELECT are looking for a **Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer** to work on a Tuesday and Thursday in Bibra Lake.

**About the role**:

- Bookkeeping to upkeep whilst the main Bookkeeper is away.
- Fortnightly payroll processing.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Entering data into MYOB for accounts.
- Managing payroll processing.
- General admin support as needed.
- No need to do end of month reconciliations.

**What's in it for you**:

- $45 + penalties
- 8:30am to 1:00pm
- Date:

- 22nd Aug & 24 Aug
- 29 Aug & 31 Aug
- 12 Sept & 14 Sept
- 19 Sept & 21 Sept
- Continue that pattern of 2 week on 1 week off all through October.
- Based in Bibra Lake.
- Training will be on the 17th of August in there office.

**About you**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer.
- Proven experience processing payroll.
- Must be proficient using MYOB and SIMPRO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.

**Tickets and licenses**:

- Drivers license
- Qualifications in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting are highly regarded, but not essential.
