Contact Centre Advisor

Artisan Clinics is looking for a Contact Centre Advisor (internally called Client Concierge Advisor) to contact new and existing clients to secure appointments across our network of clinics. As a client centric business, this is a pivotal role to ensure our clients receive exceptional customer service from the first point of contact.

**The role**
- Secure client appointments through outbound calls
- Achieve KPIs and metrics through the quality execution of the call cycle requirements
- Maximise clinician utilisation through effective appointment scheduling
- Provide a highly personalised service through active listening, client education and strategic marketing offers
- Undertake ongoing training and development conducted by the Client Concierge Manager to talk confidently about Artisan treatments
- Act as an Artisan brand ambassador at all times

**To be successful**

It’s important that our values align, including a desire to provide a personalised experience with a strong focus on client care and retention. You will have:

- Exceptional data entry skills, including effective client notes
- Strong communication skills
- Adherence to best practise on client privacy
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of clinics
- Experience in inbound and outbound appointment setting is essential
- Beauty, aesthetics and/or cosmetics industry is desirable
