YOUR NEW ROLE
The Retail Business Leader (our name for Store Manager) at our Preston site is responsible for translating national strategy within the local store environment to deliver on business objectives. As a forward-thinking innovator, you drive growth through a clear business plan that includes identifying new opportunities to grow sales, optimise costs and increase our store footprint among the local community. With plenty of autonomy to run a store like your own business, you'll inspire a high performing team culture that delivers a fantastic customer experience.
