We are looking for an Asset Performance Analyst to join our Asset Performance Team to provide analytical expertise, systems and data management. Reporting to the Asset Performance Manager you will be responsible for implementing and improving the monitoring and reporting process which includes assessing, reviewing and communicating trends in asset health and performance. Your day to day will also include:

- Collaborating with the team to regularly review Transport for NSW Standards, and accordingly audit and update asset management documentation (MRA, FMECA, TMPs, Service Schedules) for compliance.
- Managing the Asset Management System (Confirm) as a software platform, including facilitating training and improvement requests.
- Maintaining auditable asset records to facilitate data management, advanced data analysis and insights.
- Transforming raw data by developing analytical reports and data visualisations including scorecards and dashboards that allows meaningful operational performance to be measured, and metrics and targets to be monitored.
- Developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the contract team, Transport for NSW and other key stakeholders for the effective asset and performance management of the network’s assets and services.

How you’ll connect to the role:
To be successful in this role you will need a relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering and/or equivalent experience in a similar industry as well as experience in asset systems and data management. You will have strong data and systems skills with capability to translate operational requirements into data-driven reporting. You will have an open minded approach with high attention to detail. You are a team player and have a committed, collaborative attitude.

System knowledge of SharePoint, ArcGIS, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, dashboard reporting and other analytical tools including SQL is advantageous.
