Our client is an accomplished and long established fund with billions in FUM. As part of their continued success they now wish to strengthen their team with the addition of a Small Caps Equity Analyst. This is an opportunity to play a significant role in a dynamic investment team within a growing business.

We are looking for a high calibre investment professional to assist with managing the fund’s investments across its two ASX listed investment companies. Typically an applicant will have over 5 years relevant experience in analysing listed securities or investing in listed securities on either the 'buy' or 'sell' side and ideally be able to point to an investment track record.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Original investment idea generation from multiple sources
- Arranging and attending company meetings
- Conducting detailed fundamental analysis
- Production of models and stock profiles
- Implementation of the Company’s investment process

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success as an investment analyst on the 'buy' or 'sell' side
- A strong track record of making successful investment recommendations across a range of business models, company growth rates and market environments
- Intellectual curiosity and comfort taking risks
- Relevant experience in ASX listed equities
- Confident to express views and adept at presenting
- Ability and willingness to make decisions and execute under pressure and in uncertain times
- Strong academic credentials, CFA is strongly preferred
