**Our Client**

Our client is at the forefront of innovative, prestigious, high quality developments and hotels, with expanding interests interstate and internationally. They are a privately owned company that possess an extensive pipeline, have an uncompromising drive to create ‘worlds-best’ product with exquisite design, showcased through the highest quality mediums.

**Duties**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working alongside external communications consultants and agencies, this fast-paced role will work across a variety of products including residential development, a property fund, convention centre and corporate / business.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective PR and communications strategies across the various divisions of the business and the locations they operate in: East Coast Australia and South-East Asia
- Identify main target groups and audiences and determine the best ways to communicate to them
- Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and events
- Develop and maintain the Group’s corporate image and identity via mainstream press, online and social media/influencers
- Identify PR opportunities and maintain company PR archives
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and national media representatives
- Draft speeches for company executives and arrange interviews and other forms speaking opportunities for them

- Able to take projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision
- Strong work ethic, initiative and nous for seeking out / recognising PR opportunities
