About the Role
- Undertake general office administrative duties and tasks, as directed.
- Respond to general enquiries by answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring accurate transfer of messages and information.
- Maintain patient and other statistics to be compiled and reported by the Oral Health Service, including manual entry and summation and/or data entry into spreadsheet programs.
- Work effectively and efficiently as a team member within a multidisciplinary team in a changing environment and with mínimal supervision.
