Your contribution
The role of the Administration Officer is to provide efficient and effective administrative services to support in the coordination of human resources, finance, facilities coordination, and records keeping. The role also supports the day to day operation of the Service Centre to deliver outcomes to internal and external clients.
This position provides administration support to both foster care and residential services at Placement Services Unit. The role may include the following tasks:

- Assistance with EOI's
- Lodging of APA's (Application of Approval), AHM's (Adult Household Members) and CICC's (Change in Carer Circumstances)
- Monitoring and follow up of carer blue cards
- Minute taking at Foster Care Panel
- Running and collating various reports in relation to Regulation of Care data
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Records - creating / closing / moving files
- Various administration tasks, this may include HR, Finance and IT / FacilitiesThe nature of regional service delivery requires that close collaborative relationships will also be established with non-government organisations and other government agencies within the community and broader region.Key Responsibilities
