As an integral part of the Brand, Partnerships & Creative Services team, you will play a key role in executing the Qantas Group's events to enhance brand reputation. Your responsibilities will include project managing events and brand activations, ensuring their timely delivery within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and nurture relationships. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure consistency across all events will be crucial to your success. You’ll have -
- Proven experience managing events (e.g. Media Events, Product Launches, Conferences, Cocktail functions, Gala Dinners including outdoor events etc)-
- A degree in Event Management or a similar field is desirable-
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills-
- Strong problem-solving skills-
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for service excellence-
- Customer focused with the ability to see ‘outside of the box’ to balance these views-
- Stakeholder management and the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation-
- Demonstrated organisational aptitude and project management skills-
- A commitment to safety-
- Superior verbal and written communication skills-
- Proven negotiation skills-
- Strong attention to detail-
