Description:
Espresso & Prosecco is looking for a café manager to join our team The successful
applicant will assist us in the daily running of the business.
**What we are looking for?**
- Passionate about food and drinks
- Experience in hospitality
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Valid RSA (WA) and Approved Manager Card (WA)
along with organisation skills, staff training, inventory management skills, good
communication skills, and leadership skills.
**Main duties**:
- Training, and supervising staff.
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Ensuring that all expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
- Receiving delivered supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Taking inventory of supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers preferences and feedback.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Occasionally take reservations, assisting in taking orders and serving customers;
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the café are up to standard.
Pay: From $73,150.00 per year
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
