Overview:
The purpose of this role is to drive the photographic and video content at Beginning Boutique to always be improving in quality and sell through. You will act as the lead photographer on shoots, ensuring the creative vision from the Creative Director is implemented to create strong, storytelling content and effective product photography. You will maintain and manage photography briefs. You will generate effective video content that aligns with our video strategy and work with the Creative team to create highly engaged, high converting content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead photographer for all eCom, natural light and campaign shoots
- Responsible for capturing high quality iPhone & Camera imagery for website, lookbooks and advertising campaigns ensuring imagery is on brief
- Direct models on shoot as needed
- Responsible for capturing and representing products at a high standard
- Professional editing & colour correcting for all iPhone & camera footage for post production
- Staying up to date with photography trends
- Responsible for capturing high quality video for consistent YouTube Episodes, eCom & campaign photoshoots and advertising
- Developing relevant and on trend video content for various channels in line with Creative team requirements
- Working with Creative team to continually improve and optimise video content
- Use and experiment with various mediaWs including graphics, music & animations to create engaging fresh video content
- Reviewing and analysing video reports to gain actionable insights to improve future video content
- Edit video footage in post production
- Responsible for all editing & file management for ecom and campaigns
- Responsible for all post production editing tasks required by the Creative team for eCom, campaign and video
- Ensure editing deadlines are met as set by the broader team and the Creative Director
- Ensure file management is kept up to date with correct naming conventions, saving processes and clear out processes in places.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following
- 2-3 years on fashion shoots, product photography, iphone imagery
- 1-2 years of video creating, shooting and editing
- Appropriate tertiary degree or equivalent
- Creative eye and a love of fashion
- Understanding of how to make a product stand out in eCommerce
- Ability to create a story with your content
- Great understanding of studio and artificial lighting
- Excellent understanding of photo editing software and platforms - capture one
- Excellent understanding of video editing software and platforms
