Our collaborative and flexible teams work across diverse markets and geographies delivering bespoke solutions to our clients’ most complex problems through a combination of significant experience and expertise and leading-edge technology - ensuring we deliver on tomorrow, together. - Prepare Whole of Life Costing/Life Cycle Costing Analyses and Reports. - Prepare Asset Valuations (Replacement Cost Basis). - Undertake asset inspections (data gathering). - Prepare and maintain Cost Models. - Analysing data and preparing escalation forecasts. - Manage small project-based teams of Quantity Surveyors. - Client interface and management. **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Relevant Tertiary Degree. - Substantial post-graduate experience. - Understanding of construction methodologies, Asset Management, and asset operational practices. - Ability to work with complex data - Client-facing experience. - Excellent Excel Skills. **_Jacobs.
