Maxxia is part of the McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG), Australia's largest provider of salary packaging and novated leasing, and collectively we provide expertise in novated leasing, salary packaging, associated Fringe Benefits Tax administration and management, operating leases and asset management for ‘tool of trade’ vehicles and other business assets, retail finance, insurance and warranty.
Reporting into the Regional Manager Client Relationships Vic/Tas/SA, as the Manager - Relationship Associates you will lead a team of 9 Relationship Associates (RA’s) who’s task it is to promote the Maxxia brand, at all levels, within our key Top Tier clients by leveraging local site contacts, identifying opportunities, maximising distribution and placement of collateral and ensuring Maxxia’s participation in relevant employee events.
The Manager - Relationship Associates will be a seasoned sales people leader with the ability to both remain abreast of relevant productivity data, KPIs and analytics whilst also being able to coach, support and mentor an external sales team.
The focus is to create and nurture a high performing sales team which is able to discover and maximise opportunities within all clients.
Across the key pillars of Sales Management, People Management, Lead Channel Management and the Achievement of Productivity Targets, your key responsibilities will include:
- Translating business strategy into sales productivity
- Define and reinforce performance standards to ensure sales expectations are met and exceeded
- Champion continuous improvement within all sales channels
- Actively mentor and develop the sales capability of direct reports, providing coaching and feedback on an informal, day to day basis, as well as via regular one on one catch ups and performance reviews.
- Work closely with direct reports to achieve daily, monthly and annual KPI targets.
- Proactively manage performance of direct reports and assist with issues within client portfolios as they occur
- Activity work with direct reports to identify opportunities and generates strategies to leverage these opportunities
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in all aspects of Sales management, with a key focus on customer experience and driving efficiencies in a fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead successful teams whilst achieving high levels of engagement.
- In depth knowledge of business-to-business sales
