We are looking for an experienced Technical team leader to lead a well established team in the electronics industry in the Homebush Area

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to
- Prioritise work as required to ensure the that product is delivered on time and according to the monthly production plan.
- Liaise with other departments including warehouse Team Leaders, Supervisors, IT, HR and Operations Manager
- Manage personnel in the performance of their assigned tasks.
- Direct and control all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Monitor production KPIs and ensure that production plan and OBA quality targets are met.
- Log system fault information and ensure rectification occurs within acceptable timeframes.
- Develop and monitor all necessary procedures to ensure the continued efficient operation and supply of services provided by utilities.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Implement a harmonious team concept to increase productivity
- Be positive role model for all aspects of the position
- Mentor and support team on general basis as well as any direct reports
- Take ownership, contribute and influence group targets
- Ability to display composure and professionalism under pressure
