Assistant Warehouse Manager

Satara Australia is a dynamic, growing business in the interior design / furniture industry. We design, import and wholesale high-quality furniture and homewares to the Residential and Commercial markets. We are looking for a fit warehouse assistant to join our Moorabbin warehouse team.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Picking and Packing Orders for Dispatch
- Unloading containers
- Managing Stock and general warehouse duties
- Assisting with showroom setup and photoshoots
- Forklift Operation
- Working as an integral part of our close-nit team
The successful applicant must have the following:
- Forklift Licence
- Current Drivers licence and own transport
- Ability to perform physical work
- Desire to learn and work as part of close knit team
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
The role is ideal for someone looking to learn new skills and build a career in a growing business in a dynamic industry. You will be working in the thriving Morris Moor precinct in Moorabbin amongst a bustling hospitality and entrepreneurial work environment.
Typical Hours Monday-Friday 8:30 til 4:30. Must have right to work in Australia.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32-40 per week
**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

**Experience**:
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
