Bookkeeper position | Full time basis | Family-owned Civil & Commercial Construction Group.

**Your new company**
Hays has partnered with a Civil and Commercial Construction Group who are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their Accounting and Finance function on a full-time permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for financial transactions, Accounts Receivable and Payable functions and assist the Financial Controller with monthly financials and performance reports for the board and management team. Moreover, complete daily cash flow reports and assist with BAS/IAS/Payroll Tax preparation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience and relevant work history in Bookkeeping
- Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and able to demonstrate Excel skills.
- Self-motivation and time management skills to work independently
