**Your new company**

Your new company is a diverse financial services company located in Toowoomba. They are seeking a Junior and a Senior Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team on a fulltime permanent basis.

**Your new role**

Working closely with the Service and Parts Departments, you will provide administrative support relating to warranty claims. Duties will include:

- Work with other accounting colleagues and team members to deliver financial assistance and advice to valued clients,
- Providing assistance to clients with their bookkeeping and record keeping requirements
- Assist with the preparation of Business Activity Statements, financial statements and income tax returns
- Help to maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Promote and represent the business in a positive manner within the community.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping role
- An ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ownership qualities and the ability to successfully manage workflow
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**What you’ll get in return**

You will have to opportunity to join a well-establish business on a fulltime basis, commencing ASAP. You will receive a remuneration package reflective of experience, $55,000 to $70,000 (inclusive of superannuation). This organisation offers a culture that values work life balance and flexibility.
