About the role
We are looking for a Support Officer Logistics to join our Launceston team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Elders Support Officer Logistics, you will provide logistics support to the Branch rural products team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. This will be a varied role that will see you provide warehousing & logistics and administration support to the rural products team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. Responsibilities
As a Support Officer Logistics you will:
- Assist sales staff by picking, packing and coordinating deliveries of orders to clients- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for order deliveries/ pick-ups- Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe and timely manner- Ensure good inwards and outwards are processed accurately according to the associated paperwork.- Assist with stocktake and other rural products logistics support activities as needed

About you

To succeed in the role of a Support Officer Logistics, you have:
- A current Forklift License and driver license- Knowledge of rural products, merchandise storage and handling practices- Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
