**Support Worker - Ipswich, QLD** (Casual)**

CYSM is on the lookout for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our vibrant team in Ipswich If you love helping others, building meaningful connections, and creating positive change, this is the role for you

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We want someone who's mature, calm, and dependable — but also brings a warm, friendly vibe We’re especially looking for a compassionate female support worker who values trust, consistency, and making everyday moments special. Experience with mental health or psychosocial support? Even better But if you’re eager to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.

⭐ Help participants explore their community and enjoy their home life
⭐ Support them in reaching their goals and building new skills
⭐ Build real, meaningful connections through genuine conversations
⭐ Collaborate with a passionate team of co-workers and management
⭐ Assist with daily activities, including reliable transport

**Details You Should Know**:
