**About the Information Security Management Team**
- Working in the Information Security Management team at PEXA involves managing a variety of responsibilities including process, compliance, technology risk, audit, and cyber education and awareness programs. The team is responsible for ensuring that the company's information security capabilities are managed to a high standard, aligned with industry and regulatory standards, and effectively communicated to all employees. This requires close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders within the company, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

Working in this team can be challenging, but also rewarding as it involves protecting sensitive information and ensuring the company's cybersecurity posture is strong. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that PEXA maintains a trusted and secure digital environment for its clients and stakeholders.

**What you'll be doing**:

- End to end management of Security Governance, Compliance and Processes across PEXA Group
- Partner with stakeholders across PEXA Group to ensure products and services are developed within PEXA’s security standards.
- Deliver monthly reporting on PEXA’s Cyber Security Function
- Staff recruitment, management, rostering, and development of the team
- Ensuring costs are adhered to within budgets.
- Management of monthly and weekly KPIs for contractors and staff
- Oversees project delivery and provides thought leadership to the organisation.
- Work directly with a Project Manager to ensure the success of project deliverables

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- 5 years of relevant cyber security experience and/or GRC experience
- Experience in managing audit and multiple compliance requirements. Including ISO standards, SOC2 and CPS234
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and written.
- Qualification in CISM or CISSP preferred
