**Your Team**
Within Retail Banking Services (RBS), the Digital Experience Domain drives the strategy and delivery behind CBA’s market leading Commbank app, delivering an integral service and brilliant experiences to over 9m digitally active customers.
**Your impact and contribution**
The **Centre of Excellence Lead, Digital Experiences **is a product strategist, digital thought leader, methodical with prioritisation, and a leader who is driven by a desire to create exceptional experiences for our customers.
- You will work closely with the Digital Domain Lead and the Crew Leads to evolve the strategic vision and roadmap for Digital Experiences to maximise value and impact.
- You will be responsible for maximising the delivery of business and customer value, with effective prioritisation, in line with priorities and objectives of the Group and the Digital Experience domain
- Within your Centre of Excellence, you will lead an exceptionally experienced Digital Operations team, communications and front-line specialists, Insights and Analytics squads, and product strategy to facilitate ‘flow-to-work’ capability to support the Crews and collective Digital Experiences domain.
- You’ll build the governance guardrails, ways of work, frameworks and patterns, to enable consistent and best in class digital experience for our customers, maximising scale and speed to market, with robust analytics and a relentless optimisation mindset.
- You will think strategically to find those hidden opportunities to unlock value for our people, processes, and technology.
- Your passion for digital products, technology, and operations, and ability to solve complex problems will be the key to enabling our teams to deliver higher quality and efficient experiences at scale.
