Reardons Towing is an Australian wide transport & logistics company, seeking a self-motivated, committed and positive team member to join us in the role of Administration Assistant to support our Transport division.

Operating from Luscombe/Yatala, our focus is providing exceptional end-to-end logistic solutions for our clients. We offer transport for a multitude of vehicles Australia wide with a high focus on quality of care for each item.

What is the role?

This role requires an experienced, energetic person with strong administration and communication skills. Prior experience in the transport & logistic industry is beneficial but not necessary.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure our premium service is provided
- booking transports with clients in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
- Supporting our supervisors and manager to ensure all operational outcomes are achieved

To be considered you will need:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Friendly manner and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a timely manner
- Adaptive problem solving skills
- Punctuality
- Experience in an administration role
- Must have current drivers license and own vehicle

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Luscombe, QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
