**Position: Support Worker**

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Chermside QLD 4032**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires **4 hours of work per week on Monday and Wednesdays from 9:30 am -11:30am for personal care.**

It involves working with four different clients located in the **Chermside QLD 4032**, each with a different schedule. You have the flexibility to choose to work only some hours with specific clients if you're unable to commit to all.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
- Experienced in disability support
- Manual handling
