We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Scientific Officer to join our dynamic team at WiSE Specialist Emergency Clinic Robina, operating under Austech Medical Laboratories. As a Scientific Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our laboratory operations.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (AIMS accredited) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in blood morphology and urine microscopy
- Sound knowledge of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance Programs (QAP), and troubleshooting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement quality and service improvement activities in accordance with NATA accreditation/certification
- Ability to perform duties with a high degree of independence and with infrequent supervision
- An outstanding commitment to quality and excellence
- A willingness to adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- A positive attitude toward achieving outcomes and being a cohesive, contributing team member
- Strong time management, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a busy environment, demonstrating self-initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
