We are an expanding family owned furniture and outdoor business that is looking for someone to join our team. The right person must possess a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude, and demonstrate initiative to make things happen and deliver results. This is not an office based role - as an Assistant Manager you will provide practical guidance and support to the team on a daily basis. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume all managerial duties. No two days are the same at Prime Liquidations and the role will require an attitude that all tasks can be done, from emptying containers to running the store. We have recently opened a second store so flexibility to travel between stores is a must.

- A rotating roster - working 5 out of 7 days including weekends and early mornings.
- High levels of autonomy and responsibility
- Work alongside friendly and supportive colleagues
- The room to grow with the business and eventually run a store.

**You will be responsible for**:
Supporting and reporting to the Store Manager/Owners
- Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stocking the floor
- Liaising with overseas suppliers
- Managing and leading a team
- Ordering and maintaining stock availability
- Maintaining visual presentation of the store.
- Planning, rostering and reporting - Knowledge of spreadsheets an advantage.
