Shop Supervisor

Join the Hot Bread Retail Group to help lead our Big Loaf Factory Bakery store based in O’Connor
- Open 6am-2pm, 7 days per week
- Full-time position must be available to work at least one weekend day, ideally Saturdays.
- Experience in a similar role is essential

Our Big Loaf Shop is the heart of our food business, offering freshly baked bread and other artisan bakery goods directly from our onsite Big Loaf Factory bakery, along with a range of pre-made sandwiches, roles and meals. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to help shape a world where people eat better.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Shop Supervisor to join our group. Reporting to the General Manager of our store and working closely with them, you will be responsible for leading the team that staff the shop and serve our customers. **What you will be doing?**
- Opening/closing the store
- Completing the daily checks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making coffee (we are very, very passionate about this caffeinated nectar)
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
