Due to continued growth in the company, Brandt has the opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Product Support team in our Ballarat Head Office.

**_About the role:_**

As the logistics coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Branches in all aspects of inventory control, analysis and logistics coordination. You will be an important player in the overall success of Brandt by delivering and maintaining a standard process for the receipt and movement of all whole goods.
- Centrally receipt all wholegoods supplier invoices and update statuses into the Dealer Business Systems
- Recording and maintaining of information for stock control.
- Stock transfers both internally and externally
- Assist with the development of an approved check-in list.
- Oversee and monitor all damage and shortage claims.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of importing processes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal freight costs and metrics.

**_About you:_**
- Desire to understand key requirements of inventory department and suppliers.
- Experience with inventory management Systems
- Ability to use excel/vba for analysis.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and suggest solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
