**About the role (What you'll be doing)**:

- **Own the strategy** - Develop and execute content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and align with brand goals
- **Measure success** - Set KPIs, track performance, and show how social impacts brand and digital outcomes
- **Produce standout content** - Film, edit, and repurpose short-form, long-form, and reel-style videos as well as create static posts
- **Be our voice** - Engage with online communities to foster discussions and maintain a positive brand presence
- **Collaborate widely** - Partner with growth, product, SEO, and PR to align content with broader initiatives

**About you (Who you are)**:

- Have **3-5 years** of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
- Know best practices across **Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube**
- Are a **visual storyteller** with video production, photography, and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
- Use **analytics tools** to track and optimise content performance
- Know how to **grow communities** and work with UGC and influencers
- Understand **SEO for social content**
- Can **plan strategically**, manage calendars, and run campaigns that make an impact
- Work **cross-functionally** and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
- Love **creative problem-solving** and adapting to new trends
